Expand IS management and find some fighters have come from Southeast Asia

The Singapore Teo Chee Hea, Minister of Interior, confirmed in July that at least two of Singapore citizens has been known to join the fight in Syria and Iraq, and was detained by authorities after attempting to travel to Middle East to join battle with the jihadists.
